§ 1 Subject of the agreement
This license agreement governs the use of the software solution „GastroFox“ (hereinafter the „Software“), which the provider makes available to the licensee as a download.
§ 2 Grant of license
With the purchase, the customer (licensee) receives the non-exclusive, non-transferable and unlimited right to install and operate the Software on a single domain. The domain must be specified at the time of purchase and is documented in the license. Use on several domains or in multi-tenant systems is permitted only with the express written consent of the provider.
The Software may only be used on the domain specified at the time of purchase.
§ 3 License restrictions
The licensee is prohibited from:
- reselling, renting out or making the Software publicly available;
- using the Software on additional domains or subdomains without permission;
- circumventing or removing the Software's protection mechanisms;
- decompiling, modifying or otherwise reverse-engineering the source code, unless expressly permitted by law.
§ 4 Domain tracking / call-home function
For the purpose of license monitoring, the Software may periodically transmit the domain and IP address in use to the provider's license server („call-home“). No personal data is transmitted. The licensee expressly consents to this measure.
The Software automatically verifies the validity of the license – without transmitting any personal data.
§ 5 Ownership and copyright
The Software remains the intellectual property of the provider. The licensee acquires no ownership, only the right of use defined in § 2.
§ 6 Breach of contract
In the event of a breach of this license agreement, the provider is entitled to:
- revoke the license with immediate effect;
- initiate legal proceedings;
- claim damages.
Violations of the license terms may result in the immediate blocking of the Software.
§ 7 Final provisions
Amendments or additions to this license agreement must be made in writing. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, the registered office of the provider. Should individual clauses be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

This EULA governs the use of the GastroFox Software. You receive a license for one domain, may not resell or modify the Software, and the Software automatically verifies the validity of the license.
